Thank you for making the day a special one!

On October 25, 2025, we hosted our first-ever Ohio Bat Fest in Cincinnati, celebrating our amazing bat neighbors! More than 370 people joined us for a day filled with learning, creativity, and community. We hope everyone left with something new and exciting about bats—and a greater appreciation for the wildlife that shares our city.

We can’t wait to welcome you back for next year’s Bat Fest! Stop back here for updates!

Highlights from the Fest

  • 🦇Ambassador animals: Agatha, Gaia and Olympia, the Big Brown Bats | Cordelia the skunk and Monty the opossum!

  • Field Demonstrations with bat biologists

  • Local artists and conservation organizations

  • The squeeze box experience from Cincinnati Grotto

  • Kids’ crafts, games, and community art

Take a look at our Ohio Bat Fest gallery, featuring snapshots of families, volunteers, and community members enjoying activities, learning about bats, and checking out the silent auction. The gallery also includes photos of interactive displays, wildlife ambassadors, and items available for donation.
